1 Preface

Welcome to the Multiome Workshop.
This guide is designed as a practical, step-by-step reference for analysis in real computational environments (RStudio + terminal + cloud instances).

1.1 Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of bash (terminal commands)
Basic knowledge of R (running scripts, loading packages)
